Products & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order. That means we don’t mass-produce or keep large inventories on hand.

Because of this:

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed
  • Slight variations in color or placement may occur
  • Order processing times may vary by product

We think this is a fair trade for making things thoughtfully instead of fast and disposable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once you place an order, your price is locked in.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or product information

Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times include production time + transit time. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes

However, if there’s an issue with your order — such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Kittitas Outpost and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kittitas Outpost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
