We keep shipping simple and transparent.

Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Typical processing time:

  • 2–5 business days before shipment
    (Some items may take a bit longer depending on production volume.)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders $50 and over

  • $10 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50

No surprise fees at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
(If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update this policy.)

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days after shipping

Please note that carrier delays are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
